What is the Wellcare Spendables card?
Your Wellcare Spendables card is a preloaded card that gives you the flexibility to pay for eligible health items and services you need to stay healthy. Not all plans include the Wellcare Spendables benefit – be sure to refer to your plan materials to confirm what your plan includes.
Starting 2026, Your card comes with a monthly dollar amount that can be used when shopping online and in-store.
You need to activate your Wellcare Spendables card before you use it for the first time.
You have 3 options to activate your card for 2026:
- Go to your secure member portal and click Wellcare Spendables. You will be directed to the Wellcare Spendables & Rewards page.
- To activate your card and set your PIN, call toll-free: 1-833-647-9661 (TTY 711), 24/7.
- Download the Wellcare Spendables & Rewards app and create an account to activate your card.
