As a reminder, effective January 1, 2025, Wellcare is no longer available in the state of New Hampshire.
We will continue to support providers with claim-related inquiries for dates of service prior to January 1, 2025, through the run-out period ending July 31, 2025.
Please note that effective August 1, 2025, we will no longer monitor or respond to inquiries related to Wellcare. At that time, all claims, credentialing matters, and other correspondence will be considered closed.
