Resources for those Affected by the Highland Park Tragedy

July, 2022

We are mourning with our community of providers and members after what should have been a weekend of joyous festivities in honor of our nation’s founding. To all of those impacted by what happened in Highland Park, as well as any community in our state where senseless acts of violence occur, we extend our heartfelt condolences.

We are thankful for the efforts of first responders and providers who selflessly rushed to the scene to help those in distress and treat patients at trauma centers.

Like you, our top priority is assisting our members in any way possible. Our crisis hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 877-941-8079 (TTY: 711). The hotline helps those affected by such tragedy, hateful acts, mass violence, and grief to cope. Please encourage members to use this free resource.

We sincerely thank you for supporting the Highland Park community during this time of need. The healing and grieving process has only just begun, but we are heartened by the outpouring of support, compassion, and love shown.

If you have any questions, call our Provider Services team at 855-538-0454, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
