You may be eligible to enroll in a Wellcare Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plan if you:

  • Live in our plan's service area
  • Have Medicare Parts A (Hospital Insurance) and B (Medical Insurance)
  • Are a U.S. citizen or lawfully present in the U.S
