Wellcare Health Plans, Inc. offers providers electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic remittance advice (ERA) services at no charge. It is offered in partnership with PaySpan Health, Wellcare's automated clearinghouse.
Get Paid Faster with EFT and ERA Services
Providers can enroll in Wellcare EFT and ERA services at no charge through PaySpan Health. Online registration takes about 10 minutes. Have your Tax ID, NPI, billing ZIP code, and bank account information ready. After registration, PaySpan will email a confirmation and make a small test deposit within a few days. Verify the deposit with your bank to activate electronic payments. EFT will then deliver payments to your designated account, while ERA provides the related claim details electronically.
